Dear supplier,
At Polyfly SL, one of our daily objectives is the continual improvement of our ability to provide an excellent service to our customers. To achieve this objective, we have implemented a Management System (MS) based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Within this System, the need is established to evaluate and select our suppliers, maintainers and subcontractors according to their ability to meet the commitments undertaken with Polyfly SL. For this reason, we inform you about our approval and continuous evaluation process, as well as the requirements applicable to the provision of your services.
1. Initial evaluation of suppliers, maintainers and subcontractors
- Certification / Accreditation: It will be viewed positively if the products or management systems are certified by accredited bodies. The accreditations or qualifications that enable the supplier to carry out its work will also be assessed.
- On trial: All new suppliers will be subject to a trial order or service. After its analysis, their suitability to be incorporated as a regular supplier will be determined.
- Strategic: Suppliers that contribute significantly to the operation, image and positioning of Polyfly SL.
- Competence: Evaluation of the experience, competencies and specific requirements of the personnel and subcontracted companies.
- Exclusivity: Suppliers that offer a service or product for which there are no alternatives available on the market.
- Long-standing: Suppliers that have been working with Polyfly SL for at least two years, demonstrating reliability and consolidating the quality of the service and the security of information.
- Responsiveness: The supplier’s capacity to respond quickly and efficiently in the delivery of products or services.
2. Continuous evaluation
