Polyfly wins the SIVAL Silver Medal 2026 for pollination
At Polyfly, we are very proud to have been awarded the SIVAL d’Argent 2026, one of the most prestigious innovation awards in the European agricultural sector. This distinction, granted within the framework of the SIVAL Innovation Contest, recognises solutions that deliver proven and tangible advances for specialised crop production.
The jury recognised the value of GOLDFLY® and QUEENFLY® in the category “Production equipment and inputs”, specifically within the segment covering inputs, small equipment and production infrastructure. This category highlights innovations that improve production processes from the very beginning, contributing greater efficiency, reliability and sustainability to agricultural operations.
What is the SIVAL d’Argent?
The SIVAL d’Argent (Silver Medal) is part of the innovation awards system of the professional trade fair SIVAL, held annually in Angers, France. This competition recognises products and services that stand out for their innovative character, practical applicability and contribution to the advancement of the agricultural sector.
Receiving a SIVAL d’Argent represents a sector-wide recognition for solutions that already demonstrate real impact and strong potential for large-scale adoption. At Polyfly, “we sincerely thank all the professionals in the sector who place their trust in our natural pollination solutions based on hoverflies. Our commitment to innovation, together with the launch of our industrial facility for managed pollinators — a pioneering initiative at a global level aimed at restoring an essential ecosystem service and improving crop and seed yields — is made possible thanks to the continued support of the agricultural community, as well as our partners and customers who believe in this new pollination tool for agriculture”.
See you at SIVAL 2026
The official presentation of the SIVAL d’Argent will take place during the international trade fair, held from January 13 to 15 at the Parc des Expositions in Angers. The Polyfly team will be pleased to welcome you at stand D 416, where you can discover our hoverfly-based pollination solution first-hand. We invite growers and technical professionals to visit us to learn how our pollinators work and to receive personalised advice on how to integrate these solutions into their crop strategies for the coming season, both in seed production and in high-value commercial crops.
