What is the difference between QUEENFLY® and GOLDFLY®?

Both are excellent pollinators, but they are adapted to different conditions to complement each other:

• QUEENFLY® (Eristalis tenax): is a robust hoverfly, similar to a bee. It is ideal for colder climate conditions and low-light days, as it works at temperatures between 10 and 30 °C. Its large, hairy body allows a high pollen load, and its longevity is up to 4 weeks.

• GOLDFLY® (Eristalinus aeneus): is recognized by its golden-coloured body and medium size. It is a heat-resistant pollinator, perfect for warm and temperate climates, as its activity range is between 16 and 36 °C. Its behaviour is characterized by continuous and rapid floral visits.
