Prices appear in the quotation or proforma invoice and do not include taxes, unless otherwise indicated. These prices include the packaging/conditioning and the instructions for the use of the products. Prices may or may not include delivery and insurance costs, depending on the Incoterm chosen and indicated in the quotation or proforma invoice.
Payments are made by bank transfer (or another agreed method) within the established deadline. Late payment generates default interest and even the suspension of future deliveries. Such interest will apply from the due date until the full payment of the amount owed.
