We recommend doing so as far ahead as possible, especially during high-demand campaigns. This way we ensure the availability of the hoverflies on the date you need them.
In the quote you can indicate the estimated day on which you need to receive the hoverflies. Approval of the quote (signature) must be completed no later than Wednesday night in order to receive the order the following week.
Urgent Preparation Service. We understand that unexpected situations sometimes arise. That is why we offer a priority handling service, whenever operations allow:
- Express Preparation (€25): for orders confirmed during the Thursday before shipping.
- Express Preparation+ (€50): for last-minute orders confirmed on the Friday before shipping or on the Monday of the same delivery week.
Processing orders outside the deadline requires accelerated logistics and is subject to prior confirmation by the Polyfly team.
